The Labour & Employment Relations Office, commonly referred to as the Labour Division, deals with matters pertaining to employment and dangerous goods in the Cook Islands. Our role is to ensure that:
- employers and employees understand their obligations & rights regarding work place entitlements and work safety standards in the Cook Islands
- hazardous and dangerous goods are stored and managed correctly and do not harm the people of the Cook Islands.
